Shipping & Returns

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

2. Delivery estimates

Standard shipping typically arrives in 5–8 business days, expedited in 3–5 business days, and overnight in 1 business day.

3. Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email once a label is created.

4. Packaging and delivery

Packages ship in a plain outer carton with no product name on the outside, and a first order from any account may require an adult signature on delivery.

5. Returns

All sales are final once an order has shipped — we do not accept returns or offer refunds on delivered merchandise.

6. Shipping Protection

If Shipping Protection was selected at checkout, a replacement will be sent for any package lost or damaged in transit.

Without Shipping Protection, contact info@pexylbiolabs.com within 7 days of the delivery estimate for any shipping issue.
