Partner Program Terms

1. Who may take part

The partner program is open to account holders we invite. Participation is at our discretion and we may decline or end it at any time. You must be 18 or older, and the account must be in good standing.

Taking part does not make you an employee, agent, partner or joint venturer of Pexyl Bio Labs LLC. You may not represent yourself as any of those, enter into any obligation on our behalf, or speak for us.

2. Your code

We issue you a code. Anyone who enters it at checkout receives the discount attached to it, and the order is attributed to you.

• One code per order — an order can carry a single discount code. Yours cannot be combined with another.
• The code is yours — do not sell it, list it on a coupon aggregator, or bid on our brand name in paid search.
• We may change or withdraw it — including deactivating it immediately if these terms are broken.

3. What earns commission

Commission is calculated on **eligible sales**: the order subtotal after your partner discount has been applied, excluding shipping and excluding tax.

• Only paid orders earn. — An order that is never paid for earns nothing.
• A cancelled order earns nothing — , and a cancellation reverses any commission already attributed to it.
• Your own purchases earn nothing. — You keep the discount; self-use orders are excluded from your figures entirely.
• Refunds are deducted — in the month the refund is issued, not the month of the original order.

The default rate is **20%** of eligible sales. Your rate is shown in your account and may differ. A rate change applies to orders attributed after the change; it never re-rates orders already attributed.

4. Statements and payment

Figures are grouped into calendar months in the **America/Los_Angeles** time zone. A statement covers one month and is marked paid by us once payment has been sent.

• Nothing is paid automatically. — We pay by a method agreed with you, outside this site.
• A statement is never negative. — If refunds exceed sales in a month, the balance carries forward to the next month rather than becoming a debt.
• Payment may be withheld — where an order is disputed, suspected fraudulent, or under investigation, until it is resolved.

You are responsible for your own taxes on anything we pay you. Depending on where you are and how much you are paid, we may be required to collect tax information from you before paying, and to report payments to a tax authority.

5. What you may not say

Everything we sell is supplied **for research use only** and is not for human or animal consumption. When you promote the program you must not state or imply otherwise.

• No claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition.
• No dosing guidance, administration instructions, or before-and-after presentation.
• No claim about purity, testing, accreditation or origin beyond what the product page and its certificate of analysis actually state.
• No use of our name, logo or photography in a way that suggests we endorse a claim we have not made.

You must disclose that you earn a commission, clearly and wherever you share your code. In the United States that is required by the Federal Trade Commission, not merely by us.

6. Pausing and ending

Either of us may end your participation at any time, for any reason, with notice to the email on your account.

We may **pause** your participation instead, which deactivates your code while leaving your figures intact. Commission already earned on paid, unrefunded orders remains payable. Commission on orders attributed after your participation ends does not arise.

7. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, and we will tell you at the email on your account before a change applies. Continuing to use your code after that is acceptance.
